About Pre Conference Workshop:
The pre-conference workshop of TRIBE 2026, titled “Translational Readiness and Market Discovery”, is designed to equip early-stage researchers, innovators, and student entrepreneurs with essential skills for transforming laboratory breakthroughs into market-ready solutions. The workshop will introduce participants to the fundamentals of technology translation, need identification, problem–solution mapping, customer discovery, and market validation. Experts from BIRAC-supported incubators, industry leaders, regulatory specialists, and experienced biotech entrepreneurs will guide participants through hands-on activities, case studies, and interactive sessions. This workshop aims to build a strong foundation in innovation thinking, product development pathways, intellectual property strategy, and funding opportunities—enabling young minds to confidently navigate the journey from research to commercialization in the biotechnology sector.

Submission Process: Authors must submit their manuscripts with their Microsoft CMT login using the submission Link
Information for Authors: Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research work, as well as industrial practice reports. Simultaneous submission to other publication venues is not permitted. In accordance with publication house policy, submitted manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism. Instances of alleged misconduct will be handled according to the Publication Services and Product Board Operations Manual.
Note on use of AI: The use of content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in an article (including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code) shall be disclosed in the acknowledgments section of any article submitted to a publication house. The AI system used shall be identified, and specific sections of the article that use AI-generated content shall be identified and accompanied by a brief explanation regarding the level at which the AI system was used to generate the content.
Submission Guidelines:
Authors are required to submit their manuscripts using Microsoft CMT by clicking here.
· Please ensure that your manuscript adheres to the specified length requirement of 10 pages, following the Springer Conference format guidelines. You can download the template from this link.
· The submission of manuscripts should be done in PDF format only.
· All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous review process. Acceptance decisions will be made based on criteria including quality, originality, technical content, and relevance to the conference's theme.
· Every paper submitted to TRIBE-2026 will undergo plagiarism detection using anti-plagiarism software prior to review. Papers found to not meet the plagiarism policy may be desk-rejected without further review.
· Only registered and presented papers will be forwarded to Springer for inclusion in the Springer Series. It is important to note that Springer 'No Show' policy will be enforced, whereby papers that are not presented at the conference will not be eligible for inclusion.
· TRIBE-2026 strictly prohibits authors from altering their details or the sequence of authors once a manuscript has been submitted.
