About the GIET University:
GIET University, Gunupur (formerly known as Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology) was established by “Vidya Bharati Educational Trust,” Gunupur, Odisha, India in the year 1997. About the Department of Computer Science and Engineering: Computer Science and Engineering has emerged as a comprehensive, dynamic, and rapidly growing subject. Computer Science Engineering encompasses various topics like computation, analysis of algorithms, programming languages, program design, computer hardware, and software. In this digital age, where technology is everything, computer science engineering graduates are much in demand. And so also, the career prospects for computer science graduates! Computer Science and Engineering graduates can apply to jobs like Software Developers, Hardware Engineers, and System Analysts, among others. As we move into the future, the technology world will also improve, and newer development will occur. As such, the prospects of computer engineering are rewarding and worth pursuing.

Information for Authors: Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research work, as well as industrial practice reports. Simultaneous submission to other publication venues is not permitted. In accordance with publication house policy, submitted manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism. Instances of alleged misconduct will be handled according to the Publication Services and Product Board Operations Manual.
Note on use of AI: The use of content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in an article (including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code) shall be disclosed in the acknowledgments section of any article submitted to a publication house. The AI system used shall be identified, and specific sections of the article that use AI-generated content shall be identified and accompanied by a brief explanation regarding the level at which the AI system was used to generate the content.
Publication: All accepted and presented papers will be published in the proceedings of the 2025 International Conference on Next Generation of Green Information and Emerging Technologies (GIET-2025) and included in the IEEE Xplore digital library. Perspective authors are invited to submit their unpublished significant research work to the GIET-2025.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are required to submit their manuscripts using Microsoft CMT by clicking here.
Please ensure that your manuscript adheres to the specified length requirement of 4-6 pages, following the IEEE Conference format guidelines. You can download the template from this link.
The submission of manuscripts should be done in PDF format only.
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous review process. Acceptance decisions will be made based on criteria including quality, originality, technical content, and relevance to the conference's theme.
Every paper submitted to GIET-2025 will undergo plagiarism detection using anti-plagiarism software prior to review. Papers found to not meet the plagiarism policy may be desk-rejected without further review.
Only registered and presented papers will be forwarded to IEEE for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. It is important to note that IEEE's 'No Show' policy will be enforced, whereby papers that are not presented at the conference will not be eligible for inclusion.
GIET-2025 strictly prohibits authors from altering their details or the sequence of authors once a manuscript has been submitted.

· For each accepted paper, at least one author needs to have a regular registration. If you have multiple accepted papers, each paper must have a separate regular registration.

Registration Fees
Important Instruction for Authors or Participants
For Authors:
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference as an author and present the paper in physical mode for it to be included in the GIET-2025 conference proceedings and considered for submission to the IEEE Xplore® digital library. Each author registration is valid for only one accepted paper. No additional authors may be added to the camera-ready paper beyond those listed in the original submission. The non-refundable registration fee must be paid before uploading the final IEEE-formatted camera-ready paper and completing the e-copyright form.

For all Conference Attendees:
All participants must complete registration and pay the applicable registration fees in online mode on or before 17 June 2025 (Account Details as mentioned in conference website) to attend GIET-2025 in physical mode. The registration fee includes access to all tutorials and technical sessions on all days of the conference. Please note that the fees listed on the conference website are inclusive of all applicable taxes and levies. However, any additional gateway charges and taxes, if applicable, must be borne by the registrant. IEEE members registering under the IEEE category are required to upload valid IEEE membership proof during the online registration process. Similarly, students must upload a valid student ID card (both front and back) if registering under the student category. Participants are advised to retain copies of the transaction ID generated by both the payment gateway and their bank, as these may be needed for payment verification or future reference. All communication regarding GIET-2025 registration should include the Paper ID and registration confirmation number.
Please note that GIET-2025 is not responsible for any loss financial or otherwise resulting from improper or incomplete online transactions. While the organizers have taken adequate precautions to ensure secure payment processing, it is the responsibility of the registrant to safeguard their credentials such as user IDs, passwords, and Paper IDs during the registration process.
