About Conference
The Two Days International Conference on Ecological Engineering, Technologies and Management aims to convene experts from academia, industry, and government to share knowledge and innovations in ecological sustainability, encompassing 40 themes including eco-friendly mechanical systems, green manufacturing, ecological futures, sustainable living robotics, and ecological artificial intelligence. The conference seeks to facilitate collaboration, identify emerging trends, and showcase cutting-edge research, with objectives of developing holistic approaches to ecological engineering, fostering eco-innovations, promoting sustainable technologies, and informing policy decisions.
The expected outcomes include developing sustainable solutions for environmental challenges, advancing ecological technologies, and creating a network of ecological engineering experts, ultimately providing a platform for researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders to engage in meaningful discussions and explore opportunities for collaboration to ensure a sustainable future.
Department of Mechanical Engineering
The Mechanical Engineering Department, established in 1997, has evolved into a vibrant hub of academic excellence, scientific research, and technological innovation, standing as one of the oldest and most esteemed departments at GIET University. Offering a comprehensive range of programs, including B.Tech, three specialized M.Tech programs in Manufacturing Technology, Heat Power & Thermal Engineering, and Machine Design, as well as Ph.D. programs, the department has consistently demonstrated its commitment to excellence. With the distinction of securing five-time NBA accreditation, the department boasts exceptional laboratory facilities, cutting-edge resources, and strategic collaborations. Notably, it has established Centers of Excellence in partnership with industry leaders such as Autodesk, Twintech, Republic Motors, and SV NDT Pvt. Ltd., enhancing educational opportunities in CAD/CAM, Automobile, Thermal Engineering, and Production. Furthermore, the department has forged meaningful MoUs with internationally renowned universities and industries, fostering a dynamic environment that promotes knowledge sharing, research, and innovation, and empowering students to excel in the ever-evolving field of mechanical engineering.
